WFCDF is working  to achieve national recognition for West Feliciana Parish as a model community. Our strategy in achieving this objective is to expand and diversify our strong economic base while preserving the wonderful quality of life that currently exists.

We intend to acheive this vision by:

• Proper planning, prioritization and implementation of parish infrastructure and economic infrastructure.
• Through historical preservation and the advancing of historically accurate developments.
